Crashes immediately upon opening the app. Havent even been able to use it once. Want a refund.

Ive had this app for a few years now, and this app is magic!!! But, I think now that I updated my iphone6 to iOS 10 the app doesnt want to open anymore. It crashes the first 2 seconds the app tries to open. Im not really sure whats causing this, but can you guys please fix the bug. Thank you very much for this all time best app!
